We’re offering organisations the chance to communicate to our delegates onsite by exhibiting at the event itself.

Exhibiting 1

If you or your organisation is involved in work directly linked to men’s ministry and/or evangelism, then running an exhibition space in our busy Mess Tent is perfect for you. This is the main venue, at The Gathering, where guys hang out together. The Mess Tent is also home to the bar, bookshop and CVM info stand and is the place for resources, free tea & coffee, networking, fun activities, sports, pastimes, some after-hours entertainment and more.

Exhibiting 2

If the work of your organisation is not directly linked to men’s ministry, we are still able to offer you exhibition space if your exhibition stand includes a fun and/or challenging activity that men will enjoy taking part in. As well as adding value to the experience of our delegates it would naturally provide a draw and conversation opener for you with many potential supporters.

Stand size: 3m x 2m
Cost: £125 This includes one free place.
Additional stand representatives must book in and pay as delegates.
Larger stand space may be available. Additional fees may apply. Please contact the CVM office.
Electricity (single socket): Free but MUST BOOK!
Tables: Available but MUST BOOK!

Submission of an application does NOT guarantee your inclusion in our exhibition area. We will try to inform you, by end of November, as to whether your application has been successful.
