What message/resource/event do you want to share with the thousands of men at our event?

The Gathering continues to grow and grow since we kicked it off in 2011 when 486 men attended. This year we’re, once again, expecting around 2,500 guys to be at The Gathering and the punters love it. Loads of church men’s groups and individuals attend, bringing their mates who aren’t Christians … yet.

Toilet Sponsorship

£400 – £1,900

  • SINGLE toilet block – £400
  • HALF of all toilet blocks (x5) – £1,200
  • ALL toilet blocks (x10) – £1,900

Toilet and/or shower sponsorship would allow you to ‘signpost‘ the outside of a block. e.g. PVC banner, A-board, feather banner/flag. As well as the inside. e.g. posters or stickers – most be removable.

Shower Sponsorship

Temporary Roadway Sponsorship

£800

Sponsors will be able to sign-post their message alongside the roadway that will get used by most onsite. Sponsor’s message/sign-posts subject to agreement by CVM.

Stewards Team T-shirt Sponsorship

  • £700 (sponsor is to source and print t-shirts)
  • £1,500 (CVM to source and print t-shirts)

Our team of stewards are on duty all day from before The Gathering starts until every last delegate has departed on the Sunday. As a sponsor, you will be able to supply each steward team member with their official team t-shirt (x 2) which could include your name and message. (approx no. of stewards = 100) You can either choose to have us source and print the t-shirts, or do it all yourself. Designs/logos/messages etc are to be agreed by CVM. If sponsor is sourcing and printing the t-shirts, CVM will need to see a sample of the quality of t-shirt and print.

Five-a-Side Competition and Trophy Sponsorship

£650

This event gets fully booked-up onsite and has a whole bunch of guys competing for the prized trophy. Promotional options could include pitch-side banners, branded medals with your logo, branded t-shirts for the winners, branded bibs, main stage photo opportunity.
All branded items are to be supplied by sponsor.

 

The Prayer Shed

£450

The Prayer Shed is always one of the key areas onsite. As well as individual and corporate prayer, it’s a venue that sees the odd seminar, deeper discussion, counseling, late night worship and the like.
The sponsor of The Prayer Shed will be able to set up a table of some resources in the venue and man that table.
Ideally, the sponsor of the Prayer Shed will be a ‘body’/organisation whose message ties in well with the culture of a prayer venue.
