We’re offering organisations the chance to communicate to our delegates onsite by sponsoring sections of The Gathering or advertising in our printed event programme. A copy goes to everyone onsite.
All our sponsors and exhibitors will get a one sentence mention in The Gathering printed programme. However your organisation can REALLY grab our delegate’s attention by placing a full or half page ad in there too.

Advertisements must be paid for in full by 28 Feb 2020.
Artwork must be submitted as a hi-res PDF file and has to be sent before 31 March 2020.
Non compliance could result in the cancellation of your booking and the non return of your payment. CVM reserves the right to refuse an advertising booking and artwork submitted. Submission of an application does NOT guarantee your inclusion of your ad in our programme.
